Hunting and Vacationing Argentina Style: What and When? Part Two

by david on April 5, 2013

The trip was to be six days, four for hunting, and two for traveling.  Duck hunting is always a good way to start the day, making the decision to start each day in a duck blind an easy one.  Now, each of the four afternoons’ agendas had to be set.  Since none of us had any actual experience with pigeons, perdiz, or hunting doves, where the potential targets numbered in the tens of thousands, our path was much less clear.  We eventually decided to think (and perhaps drink) on it and get back together for a decision later on.  In the end, we took the easy way out by deciding to hunt doves one afternoon, pigeons one afternoon, and perdiz one afternoon.  On the last afternoon, we would repeat the hunt we liked the best.  It was sort of a cheesy decision, but it was the best we could come with.
